Mandarin Athletic Association is a not for profit youth athletic association. MAA is overseen by a board of directors who as elected volunteers, meet monthly to organize MAA's four different sports.

MAA does not maintain a physical office, instead board meetings and various coach, Team Mom and Parent meetings, and events such as registration are conducted at one of the associations two parks.

MAA Baseball ( Ages 5 to 12 )

Burnett Park is our Baseball Park. Age groups from five to twelve play and practice at Burnett Park. Burnett Park It is located between St. Augustine Rd. and San Jose Blvd., near I-295 off Loretto Rd. The Physical address of Burnett Park is:

Greenland Park is the larger of our two parks. Greenland Park is home to MAA Football, Cheerleading, Softball, and our Juniors Baseball (ages 13-15) and Seniors Baseball (ages 16-18). Greenland Park is located near the intersection of Greenland Rd., and Philips Hwy, actually off Greenland Rd. at the end of Fayal Dr. The physical address of Greenland Park is:

Mandarin Athletic Association Officers & Boards

The Mandarin Athletic Association Officers and Board of Directors meet once each month to discuss and make decisions on all aspects of managing and growing our association. MAA operates as a single association with two managing bodies; Baseball & Softball, and Football & Cheerleading. Both managing bodies or Boards meet on the second Wednesday of each month at Burnett Park in the conference room adjacent to concessions. Board meetings are conducted between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM depending on seasons. Contact your director below to find out the times of your board's meeting. All Board meetings are open to our parents and legal guardians of registered athletes (Members of MAA). Any member of MAA is welcome to attend these monthly board meetings.

From time to time, a member of our organization may develop a concern or an issue that should be addressed by the our Officers and Board of Directors. This is normal for any organization of our size. Members are encouraged to communicate any ideas, or concerns to our Officers and Board of Directors either via e-mail or in person at the respective Board meeting. It is generally best to first deliver your concern via e-mail to the appropriate officer or board member below so that it can be added to the agenda and given the proper attention.

If you are a member and would like to attend a board meeting for any reason, be sure to introduce yourself as the meeting starts. The board will always address general member comments and concerns at the beginning of the meeting so parents and members are not required to stay through the entire meeting in order to be heard.
